WrapFlow vs Jobber

Great for plumbers. The shape of wrap work is different.

Jobber is excellent field-service software: quotes, scheduling, invoices and payments for crews that drive to the customer. Wrap work is the other way round: the vehicle comes to you, waits on a proof, goes through print and the bay, and gets billed per van. That is where the fit breaks.

What the other way does well

Jobber's quoting, online booking, automated reminders and payment collection are polished, its app marketplace is large, and its Core plan is cheap for a one-person operation. Two-way texting, time tracking and job costing arrive on the Grow plan. If you dispatch crews to job sites all day, it is hard to beat.

The honest downside

If your business is mostly on-site work with routes and crews, Jobber is the better fit and cheaper to start. WrapFlow only wins when the work happens in your bay and the proof, the print and the per-van invoice are the things that go wrong.

Their prices and plan names were checked on Jobber pricing (opens in a new tab) in October 2026. Prices change; theirs is the page that counts. Where we were not sure what a product does, the row says “not listed” rather than guessing.
