Terms of Service
The agreement.
Last updated October 5, 2026. Written in plain English on purpose; where a sentence is short, it is because the rule is simple.
By creating a shop on WrapFlow you agree to these terms on behalf of the business you are setting up. If you are not allowed to bind that business, do not create the shop.
1. What WrapFlow is
WrapFlow is operated by Clicks & Clients LLC, Georgia, United States. WrapFlow is web software for vehicle wrap and sign shops: job tracking, quotes, proofs, a time clock, invoicing, payments and job costing, at usewrapflow.app and dashboard.usewrapflow.app. It is provided by Clicks & Clients LLC (“we”, “us”). The shop that signs up is “you”.
WrapFlow is a tool. You decide what to quote, what to print and what to invoice. We do not review your jobs, your prices or your customers' approvals, and we are not a party to any contract between you and your customers.
2. Your account and your team
The person who creates the shop is its owner. The owner can invite people, set their roles, transfer ownership and delete the shop. Each person must keep their password and clock PIN to themselves; what is done under a login is treated as done by that person, and the audit log records it as such.
You must be at least 18 and the information you give about the business must be true. One shop is one business location; a second location is a second shop.
3. Fees, trial and seats
The price is on usewrapflow.app/pricing. At the time of writing it is $459 a month per shop with four seats, $19 a month for each further seat, and people who only use the time clock are free. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax we are required to collect.
The first 30 days are free and no card is needed. When the trial ends, your shop becomes read-only until a card is added; nothing is deleted. Billing is monthly in advance; seats added mid-month are prorated. We may change prices by no more than 5% in any twelve months, with at least 60 days' notice by email.
If a payment fails we retry and email you. After 14 days of failed payment the shop becomes read-only; after 90 days it is scheduled for deletion under section 10.
4. Modules and allowances
Messaging, Shop phone and the AI assistant are optional, priced separately, and carry monthly allowances that are published on the pricing page. We warn you at 80% and 100% of an allowance. Messaging and Shop phone overage is charged only after you confirm it; the assistant pauses at its cap. The Messaging activation fee covers carrier registration and is not refunded if a carrier declines the registration for reasons we do not control, though we will tell you before charging it if we expect a problem.
Texts and calls to your customers are sent on your behalf and under your name. You are responsible for having the customer's consent to contact them and for honoring opt-outs; WrapFlow handles STOP automatically but you must not use other channels to work around it.
The AI assistant answers from your own records using fixed, tested calculations. It is read-only. It can still misunderstand a question; check the figures it shows before relying on an answer.
5. Customer payments, Stripe Connect and Stripe Terminal
Online and in-person card payments from your customers are processed by Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”) through Stripe Connect. To take payments you open a connected Stripe account from Settings. By doing so you agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement (opens in a new tab), which includes the Stripe Services Agreement (opens in a new tab), as Stripe may update them. If those agreements are amended, Stripe may require you to accept the new version; continuing to use WrapFlow for payments after that is acceptance.
You, the shop, are the merchant of record for every payment your customers make. Money goes from the customer to your connected Stripe account and from there to your bank account on Stripe's payout schedule. WrapFlow is not a bank, a money transmitter or a payment processor, never holds your funds, and never sees or stores card numbers. Stripe charges its processing fees from each payment; the rates are shown for information on usewrapflow.app/pricing and in Stripe's own pricing, and may change under Stripe's terms. WrapFlow charges no fee of its own on customer payments.
Stripe collects the identity and business information the law requires of a merchant (such as your legal name, tax ID and bank details) and may ask for more at any time. If Stripe pauses or closes your connected account, payouts, refunds and disputes are handled under Stripe's agreements; WrapFlow will show what it can but cannot override Stripe's decisions.
Refunds, chargebacks and disputes on your customers' payments are yours to handle and to fund. WrapFlow records every payment, refund and dispute in the invoice and the audit log, and will not change those records. Where a customer disputes a card payment, you are responsible for supplying evidence to Stripe within its deadlines.
In-person payments use Stripe Terminal card readers that you buy from Stripe at Stripe's prices; we list the reader models we support on the pricing page. Readers are Stripe's products and carry Stripe's warranty, not ours.
Payments you record by hand (checks, transfers, cash) are your record of money you received elsewhere; we do not verify them.
6. Your data
Everything you put into WrapFlow, including customers, vehicles, jobs, quotes, photos, artwork, time records and invoices, is yours. We store it to run the service for you and for nothing else. We do not sell it, we do not use it to train models, and we do not let one shop see another shop's data; that boundary is enforced in the database, not only in the interface.
You can export all of it at any time from Settings. Deleting a record hides it and keeps it for 30 days so a mistake can be undone; then it is purged. The audit log is kept for seven years because tax and wage disputes can need it.
The Privacy Policy says what we collect about the people who use WrapFlow and why.
7. What you may not do
- Use WrapFlow for anything unlawful, or to send messages people have not agreed to receive.
- Try to reach another shop's data, probe the service for weaknesses, or load it with automated traffic.
- Resell access to WrapFlow or share one login between people.
- Upload content you do not have the right to use.
If you do, we may suspend the shop. We will tell you why and give you a chance to fix it unless the law prevents that.
8. Availability and support
We aim to keep WrapFlow available all the time and we publish incidents when it is not. Planned maintenance is announced in advance and done outside US business hours where possible. The time clock keeps working on the tablet and phone when the connection drops and syncs when it returns.
Support is by email during US business hours, and the help wiki is always on. We do not promise a particular response time, but we try to answer the same day.
9. Liability
WrapFlow is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising from the service in any twelve months is the amount you paid us in those twelve months. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data you did not export, or for the content of quotes, proofs and invoices you create. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Ending the agreement
You can cancel the subscription from Settings at any time. The shop stays fully usable until the end of the paid month, then becomes read-only. You can keep exporting. You can also delete the shop outright from Settings; that is irreversible after a 30-day grace period in which the owner can restore it.
We can end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately for a breach of section 7 or for non-payment under section 3. If we end it for our own reasons, we refund the unused part of the month and give you 90 days to export.
11. Changes to these terms
We will email the shop owner at least 30 days before a change that matters. Continuing to use WrapFlow after that date is acceptance; if you disagree, cancel before it and the old terms apply until then.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and the United States. Disputes are heard in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, unless we both agree to arbitration.
