End User License Agreement
Your license to use the software.
Last updated October 6, 2026. Written in plain English on purpose; where a sentence is short, it is because the rule is simple.
This agreement is between you, the person using WrapFlow, and Clicks & Clients LLC. The Terms of Service cover the shop's subscription; this agreement covers the software itself, for every person who signs in, including team members who never see a bill.
1. Who this covers
Every person who signs in to WrapFlow at dashboard.usewrapflow.app, installs it on a phone or tablet as a web app, uses the time clock on a shop's wall tablet, or opens it through a connected service such as QuickBooks Online. If you are using WrapFlow for a shop, you also agree on behalf of the shop to the Terms of Service, and where this agreement and those terms differ on fees, data ownership or ending the subscription, the terms win.
Customers of a shop who open a quote, proof or invoice link do not need an account and are not bound by this agreement; the shop's own terms with them apply.
2. The license
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use WrapFlow, in the browser and as an installed web app, for the shop or shops you belong to, for as long as this agreement and the shop's subscription are in force. Nothing is sold to you; the software is licensed.
You may install the web app on as many of your own devices as you like. A wall tablet in the shop may be shared by the crew for the time clock, each person identified by their own PIN.
3. What you may not do
- Copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the software, or reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it except where the law expressly allows.
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense or otherwise transfer your access to anyone else, or share one login between people.
- Use the software to reach another shop's data, to probe or test the service for weaknesses without our written agreement, or to load it with automated traffic.
- Remove or obscure any notice of ownership on the software or its pages.
- Use the software for anything unlawful, including sending messages to people who have not agreed to receive them.
- Use the software to build a competing product, or scrape its pages, help articles or data for one.
4. Who owns what
WrapFlow, its code, design, name, logo, help articles and everything else that makes up the software belong to Clicks & Clients LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. This agreement gives you no ownership of any of it.
Everything a shop puts into WrapFlow belongs to the shop, as the Terms of Service say. Suggestions you send us about the product may be used by us without any obligation to you.
5. Your login
Keep your password and clock PIN to yourself. What is done under your login is treated as done by you, and the audit log records it as such. Tell the shop owner at once if you think someone else has used your login. The shop owner controls your role and can remove your access; we may suspend a login that is being used in breach of this agreement.
6. Connected services
WrapFlow can connect to services you or your shop choose, such as Stripe for payments, QuickBooks Online or Xero for the books, and your calendar app for feeds. Each has its own terms and privacy policy; connecting one is your agreement to them. We pass to those services only what the connection needs, and you can disconnect a service from Settings at any time, which revokes the stored token on our side. Some features, such as VIN decoding, weather and public holidays, use public data services; when one is unavailable, the feature shows nothing rather than an error.
7. Updates and changes
WrapFlow is delivered as a service and updated without notice; you always use the current version. We may add, change or remove features. A change that takes something away that the shop pays for will be announced to the shop owner in advance under the Terms of Service.
8. Data and privacy
How we handle personal information is in the Privacy Policy, which is part of this agreement. The installed web app stores a small amount of data on your device so the time clock works when the signal drops; it syncs when the signal returns. Notifications are sent only to devices on which you turned them on.
9. Ending the license
This license ends when your access to every shop ends, when the shop's subscription ends under the Terms of Service, or when we end it for a breach of this agreement. You can end it yourself by leaving your shops from your profile and uninstalling the web app. When it ends, stop using the software; the shop's data stays with the shop under the Terms of Service.
10. No warranty
The software is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Quotes, proofs, invoices, time records and job costs are the shop's own figures; check them before you rely on them.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Clicks & Clients LLC is not liable to you for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the software, and our total liability to a person under this agreement is limited to one hundred US dollars, or where that person is the shop, to the amount in the Terms of Service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and the United States. Disputes are heard in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, unless we both agree to arbitration. If any part of this agreement cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
