WrapFlow vs shopVOX

The sign-industry standard, and what a wrap shop pays for it.

shopVOX has been the default for sign shops for years and it does a great deal. For a wrap shop of three to eight people the question is how much of that you will open, and what the per-user pricing adds up to once the installers are on it.

What the other way does well

shopVOX is deep. Product-based pricing with material and labor build-ups, online proofing, a CRM on the PRO plan, accounting sync with QuickBooks, Sage and Xero, and years of sign-shop workflow baked in. If you run a print house with a sales team, estimators and a production floor, that depth is the point.

The honest downside

shopVOX does more than WrapFlow and probably always will: vectors of product pricing, purchasing, a sales CRM, and integrations a large shop asks for. If you need those, it is the better tool. WrapFlow is for the shop that wants the ten things it does every day done well, with the crew on it the first morning, at a price that does not climb with every installer.

Their prices and plan names were checked on shopVOX pricing (opens in a new tab) in October 2026. Prices change; theirs is the page that counts. Where we were not sure what a product does, the row says “not listed” rather than guessing.
