Integrations

Free where it should be free.

Most of what a shop needs connected is public data or a standard: the federal VIN database, the National Weather Service, calendar feeds, push notifications. WrapFlow uses those and charges nothing for them. The three things that cost money per use are priced on their own.

Every integration is cached, falls back to typing it in if the other side is down, and never blocks a save. If a service goes away, your records do not.

Included, no key, no fee.

  • VIN decoding

Type or scan a VIN and the vehicle fills itself: year, make, model, body, engine, drive. From the NHTSA federal database, loaded locally so it works without the internet.

  • Install-day weather

Forecast on every site job and outdoor install, with a flag when the temperature falls below the film's working range.

    Source: National Weather Service, api.weather.gov

  • Push notifications

Quote accepted, payment received, proof approved, job moved to install, straight to the phone. No texting fees for talking to your own people.

Source: Web Push, a browser standard

  • Search everything

Jobs, customers, vehicles, quotes, invoices and the help wiki from one box. Press / anywhere.

  • Calendar feeds

Each installer's schedule and the shop's install calendar as a feed you subscribe to in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook. No account linking.

  • Phone number formatting

Numbers are checked and formatted as they are typed, so (615) 555-0148 and 6155550148 are the same customer.

  • Address autocomplete

Start typing a site address and pick it from a list. Results are kept on the customer so the same address is never looked up twice.

  • Billing address check

Standardizes the billing address on commercial invoices so they reach accounts payable the first time.

  • Public holidays

Due dates, install dates and payment terms skip days nobody is working.

  • QuickBooks Online

Invoices, payments and customers sync to QuickBooks so your accountant never re-keys a thing. In the base plan, not a module.

  • Xero

Invoices, payments and customers sync to Xero so your accountant never re-keys a thing. In the base plan, not a module.

  • Material tracking

Paste a UPS, FedEx or USPS tracking number on a job and see when the vinyl lands, next to the install date it depends on.

Questions

Asked often.

Does WrapFlow decode VINs?
Yes, free. Type or scan a 17-character VIN and the vehicle's year, make, model, trim, body, engine and drive fill in from the US Department of Transportation's NHTSA database, which WrapFlow keeps a local copy of, so it works with no internet and no limit.
Does WrapFlow sync with QuickBooks Online or Xero?
Both, in the base price, not as an add-on. Invoices, payments and customers will sync to QuickBooks so your accountant never re-keys anything.
Does WrapFlow show the weather for install days?
Yes. Every site job and outdoor install shows the National Weather Service forecast for its address and date, and flags a day when the temperature falls below the film's working range.
Can WrapFlow text customers?
Yes, with the Messaging module at $49 a month: two-way texting from the customer record, templates, stage notifications, quote and invoice links, with opt-out handled automatically.
Does WrapFlow have an API?
Not in release one. Calendar feeds, CSV export of every table and the signed audit log export are available from day one; a public API is on the list once the first shops are running on it.
