Can WrapFlow notify me when a quote is accepted or a proof is approved?

Yes. On your profile, turn on notifications for the phone or computer you are using. Quote accepted, proof decided, payment received online, and a shipment that landed or hit a problem go to the people whose role handles them. Each device is turned on separately, and off again from the same place.

1. 1Open the screen named in the answer above from the left-hand menu.
2. 2Find the item you want to change and click it.
3. 3Make the change. It saves as you go; there is no Save button to miss.

Good to know

• Installers never see prices, costs or invoices, whatever screen they are on.
• Nothing in WrapFlow is permanently deleted on the first click. Deleted things are hidden and can be brought back for 30 days.
