Can I rename, reorder or add board columns?

Settings, then Board columns. Rename a column, give it a short name for the strip on the job page, move it up or down, add one before Done, or mark it as needing an approved proof. A column that jobs have passed through is kept for the history even after you remove it from the board.

Step by step

1. 1Open the screen named in the answer above from the left-hand menu.
2. 2Find the item you want to change and click it.
3. 3Make the change. It saves as you go; there is no Save button to miss.
