Is there a faster way to act on a job or customer?

Right-click any job, board card, customer, quote or invoice and a menu appears with the actions that make sense for it and your role: move a job to a stage, open its customer, start a quote or an invoice for it, call, text or email a customer, add a vehicle, copy a link. On a keyboard, focus the row and press Shift F10.

Step by step

1. 1Open the screen named in the answer above from the left-hand menu.
2. 2Find the item you want to change and click it.
3. 3Make the change. It saves as you go; there is no Save button to miss.

• Installers never see prices, costs or invoices, whatever screen they are on.
• Nothing in WrapFlow is permanently deleted on the first click. Deleted things are hidden and can be brought back for 30 days.
